Jennifer lives in Downtown Kirkland and loves all the city has to offer. She grew up in Anacortes and spent most of her childhood exploring the San Juan Islands with her family on a sailboat. She loves spending time on the water- kayaking, paddle boarding (her balance is not that great), exploring coves and anchoring in the sound.
As a member of the Seattle Yacht Club, She has been able to visit outstations from Seattle up to Desolation Sound in Canada. She has many memories of summers spent on a sailboat and rafting up to friends- spending all her time outside in the sun with friends and family.

Compared to others in Kenzie's field she is relatively new in the Real Estate world, she has been working in the customer service field for years where she has enjoyed providing assistance to others. Being born and raised in the she is confident that she will be able to help you find the perfect neighborhood that fits your needs. Whatever life brings your way, she is here to help you through every bump in the road.
When she is not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, she enjoys going to the movies, going on walks by the Kirkland waterfront, and taking classes at F45. If she is not out and about she enjoys visiting local coffee shops and wine tasting in Woodinville. She was born and raised here in Seattle and she is honored to call it her home.
Jessica Dickerson

Though Jessica is relatively new to real estate, she has been in customer service and management roles for years, making her a capable problem solver and someone who genuinely enjoys providing assistance to others. So whatever it is, we will figure it out together! Some additional traits she values greatly are dependability and optimism, so she strives for you to always find both those qualities in her.
When she is not at work, she loves to cook, watch movies, spend time with family and friends, and do barre3 classes! She is also an avid fan of the show New Girl, and would reference it constantly in everyday life if it was socially acceptable.

Alisia moved to the Seattle area in January of 2020. She was born and raised in Spokane, WA. She is so excited to be working with Windermere and to be a part of the team! Her previous jobs have been based on customer service so our relationship is very important to me! She loves working with and helping people. She learns something new every day and can't wait to grow here in this community!
She loves to travel and seek new adventure whenever possible! She enjoys working out, and hanging out with friends and family!

Sheila Shannon

Sheila directs and supports the Broker Services Team in multiple East, Inc. offices. She ensures excellent and consistent service, helping in the retention and recruitment of staff and brokers. Accomplished through managing the day to day flow, and team growth and development. She directs workflow and resolves issues that may arise, is able to anticipate and prepare for all office needs. She has a strong understanding of time management, problem solving, team work, court vision, communication, leadership, and mindset. Coaching to elevate services through educating on procedures, service delivery expectations, and leading by example.
Sheila is a member of the Staff Advisory Team which meets regularly to collaborate on office training, consistency and overall direction of staff development.
